01 / ONE CONNECTED PLATFORM

Less parking admin.
More peace of mind.

Replace disconnected guest lists, manual pass checks and repeated parking questions with a shared workflow for visitors, residents, management and patrol.

A LITTLE MORE INDEPENDENCE

Hosting guests shouldn’t mean calling the front desk.

Residents can create visitor passes, keep frequent guests handy and see their unit’s parking activity from a dedicated portal.

  • Create and manage guest parking passes
  • Save authorized guests and resident vehicles
  • View pass history and parking allowance usage
  • Manage contact information and account settings

02 / YOUR BUILDING, YOUR WAY

Your name
on the welcome.
Your rules
behind it.

Alina is a building-agnostic platform. Shape the visitor parking experience around your community, rather than asking your community to fit someone else’s process.

UI branding and tailored design are configured with your deployment. Building details and parking policies are managed through the platform.

03 / THE DETAILS THAT MAKE THE DIFFERENCE

From the first scan
to the final patrol.

A complete visitor parking workflow, with practical controls for the people responsible for your building.

01 — ARRIVAL

A pass without the paperwork.

QR codes lead guests into mobile registration. Building and suite selection, vehicle details and configurable unit verification help connect each visit to the right home.

  • Building and parking-zone QR entry points
  • Guest registration and confirmation links
  • Live pass status and time remaining
  • Email confirmations and expiration reminders
02 — FAIR ACCESS

Policies with practical controls.

Set parking allowances and limits to fit your community. Apply rules consistently when passes are created, rather than tracking every visit by hand.

  • Per-unit vehicle limits and time banks
  • Allowed durations and consecutive-stay limits
  • Cooldowns, operating hours and grace periods
  • Extensions and in-out privileges
03 — RESIDENT EXPERIENCE

Self-service that feels personal.

Give residents a dedicated portal to manage their visitors and vehicles, with staff-issued invitations connected to their building and suite.

  • Guest lists and resident-created passes
  • Resident vehicle registration
  • Unit activity and pass history
  • Account and contact preferences
04 — MOBILE PATROL

Clarity at the curb.

Camera-assisted plate recognition and manual lookup help patrol check vehicles, review their history and record what happened.

  • Plate scanning with user confirmation
  • Pass, vehicle and violation history
  • Entry, exit, spot-check and note logbook
  • Prepared-device offline OCR and queued sync
05 — ENFORCEMENT

A record behind every decision.

Keep violations, evidence and follow-up in one workflow so staff can understand the context before taking action.

  • Photo evidence, notes and resolution tracking
  • Warning → formal letter → tow notice workflow
  • Vehicle blacklists and scoped watchlists
  • Watchlist severity and optional expiration
06 — BUILDING OPERATIONS

Visibility beyond the pass.

Manage building details, suites and staff access. Use operational analytics and exports to understand usage and support day-to-day decisions.

  • Multi-building configuration
  • Manager, security, resident and admin roles
  • Pass and violation trends, peak-hour insights
  • CSV / JSON exports and audit records

Email delivery depends on provider configuration. SMS requires additional provider integration work. Offline patrol requires online preparation, an open session and previously cached data; first-time offline sign-in or a fresh offline reload is not supported.

04 / POLICY, MADE TANGIBLE

Fair parking starts
with clear rules.

Explore a simplified example of how vehicle limits and a unit’s time bank can guide a visitor registration.

This local illustration covers two checks. The actual app also validates pass durations, cooldowns, stay limits, access requirements and vehicle eligibility.

06 / GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s clear
a few things up.

Have a building-specific requirement?
Let’s talk it through ↗

Is this only for the Alina building?

No. Alina Parking is a building-agnostic platform for residential communities. Building records, suites, parking zones and policies let the experience adapt to other properties.

Can our building use its own branding?

Yes. A white-label deployment can tailor the app’s UI, name, visual identity and experience to your building. Custom UI work is scoped during setup. Current management screens handle building details and parking rules; they do not include a self-service visual theme editor.

Do guests need to download an app?

Guest registration works in a mobile browser from a QR code or registration link. The app also supports a mobile-installable web experience for regular users.

What parking rules can we control?

Building policies include per-unit vehicle limits, time-bank allowances, duration options, operating hours, cooldowns, consecutive stays, grace periods and extension settings. Availability and permissions depend on the deployment and staff role.

What happens when patrol loses connectivity?

A device prepared while online can use local plate OCR and previously cached lookup information in an open patrol session, with supported actions queued for later sync. Staff must confirm plate readings and account for stale cached data. A new device, first-time sign-in or fresh page reload requires connectivity.

Can management oversee multiple buildings?

The platform supports multiple buildings with their own suites, parking zones, rules and staff assignments. We’ll review portfolio access and reporting requirements with you during setup.

Are payments or property-management integrations included?

The current platform focuses on visitor registration, resident access and parking operations. Parking payments, garage controls, property-management integrations and push notifications are not advertised as built-in features. Discuss any such requirements when scoping your deployment.

How much does it cost?

Request a proposal based on your buildings, branding requirements and rollout scope. We’ll review configuration, any custom work and delivery-provider requirements before recommending an approach.
